Manage Calendars

Default Calendar

Default calendar is your first calendar (same name with your username) created on user creation process. It can be modified (name, color, description, image, etc.) but cannot be deleted. Admins can see their users default calendars on their User Calendars widget.

Personal Calendars

To create a personal calendar click icon on My Calendars widget.

Shared Calendars

To share your personal calendar click icon on the right side of the calendar. Then click Share tab. Here you can enter username and share your calendar with other users.

Group Calendars

Group calendars can be created only admin and will be available for his team. To create a group calendar click icon on Group Calendars widget. Admin user can manage all events in group calendar. Also all group users can add events to their group calendar. Each user can only update/delete their own events.

Subscribed Calendars

You can subscribe iCal resources and show events on your calendar. To subscribe an iCal resource click icon on Other Calendars widget. Here you can enter your calendar name, valid iCal resource address and description to subscribe a calendar.
Subscribed calendars are refreshed automatically when you login to the application. If you want to refresh your subscribed calendar manually click icon on your calendar then click icon on calendar URL field.

Update Calendars

To update a calendar click icon on the right side of the calendar.

Delete Calendars

To delete a calendar click icon on the right side of the calendar. Then click Delete button on Calendar Details tab.

Calendar Settings

Click icon to open calendar settings. Here you can manage sharing, reminders, reminder messages and custom fields. Click icon on My Calendars widget to reach other calendar settings. Here you can change your calendar status (private/public), see iCal resource address and rss address.
